Philippe Hunziker is General Manager of SOPHOS in Guatemala, a bookshop that has become a cultural and bookselling reference in Central America, because of its bibliographical selection and copious cultural agenda. In 2016, he was awarded the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres in the Chevalier grade by France’s Minister of Culture. Since December 2018, he is President of the Asociación Gremial de Editores de Guatemala and Vicepresident of the Grupo Iberoamericano de Editores.
