Helene Imislund (1984) is a journalist and lawyer who made her literary debut in 2018 with the poetry collection Spredte døtre (Scattered Daughters). In 2020, she published the novella collection Alle tings kjerne (The Core of All Things). Both titles have been published by Cappelen Damm. She lived in Germany for four years, where she studied German and Economics in Flensburg, worked as an intern at the Norwegian Embassy in Berlin, and studied Law at the Freie Universität Berlin, among other things. In Flensburg, she founded the literary magazine Mopp, which features texts by Norwegian and German authors that have not yet been published. As a lawyer, Imislund has worked at the Norwegian Ministry of Climate and Environment and at Universitetsforlaget.
