Marit Eikemo (1971) made her debut in 1999. Her first novel, Mellom oss sagt (Said Between Us), was published in 2006. She has published six novels since, including Team Tuva in the autumn of 2021. She has also written the critically acclaimed essay collection Samtidsruinar (Modern Ruins), published in 2008. In 2017, Marit Eikemo received the Amalie Skram-prisen for her literary work and in 2018 she was festival poet at “Dei nynorske festspela”. In 2019, she was awarded the Samlagsprisen. All of Eikemo's books have been published by Samlaget.
