Ursula Poznanski (1968) is an Austrian author who writes for both children and adults. In 2011, she received the German Youth Literature Prize for her thriller Erebos, which has been translated into 22 languages, including into Norwegian by Henning Hagerup under the same title. Last year, her Spiegel bestseller Cryptos was published and, this year, her latest title Shelter – both young adult thrillers in the genre of climate fiction. Poznanski also writes crime novels for adults and received the Austrian Krimipreis in 2018.
