Tereza Horváthová studied French language and literature at FFUK in Prague. In 2000, she and her husband Juraj Horváth founded the Baobab children's book publishing house. In 2011, she invented and organized the first edition of an annual international festival gathering small independent publishers, Tabook. In addition to working in a publishing house, she writes children's books, prose and poetry.
