Jin-De Liao studied biology at the National Taiwan Normal University and natural science at the National Taipei University of Education. He has been involved in children's science education for 30 years and is working on a science teaching concept for primary school teachers in Taiwan. In the workshop, he will use objects and devices that are part of everyday life to introduce the role of water as a resource, demonstrating that truly nothing works without water.
