Svenja Schaller works as an assistant for distribution, sales and marketing at the publishing house Büchergilde in Frankfurt. She completed her previous training as a bookseller at Erlesenes & Büchergilde in Mayence, which has been a partner bookshop of the Büchergilde for a long time. Svenja Schaller is also involved in the Börsenverein's Young Professionals' Working Group, where she is the spokesperson for the taskforce "Seal of quality for apprenticeships".
She has a Bachelor’s degree in german literature and linguistics and lived in New Zealand for a year before going to University in Mayence.
