What are your main focuses and goals?

At the beginning of my work as a translator, I was interested in non-fiction books in the humanities. Over time, I became more and more interested in German novels, art, children's books and music books. I would be happy to introduce Korean readers to more German-language literature in the future.

What do you hope to get out of the Frankfurt International Translators Programme?

I would like to find out about current and important developments in the field of German-language literature and discover interesting new publications. I also want to communicate with translators from other countries and publishers in Germany and get inspiration and insights from them.
