What are your main focuses and goals?

I am particularly interested in literary texts by modern and contemporary authors: Novels, short stories and narrative non-fiction, which are characterised by a strong attention to language and linguistic design. In the future, in addition to translation, I would like to intensify my scouting work in order to deepen the collaboration with the Italian publishers I work for.

What do you hope to get out of the Frankfurt International Translators Programme?

I hope that the Translators Programme will help me find my way in the German-language publishing landscape and offer me valuable opportunities for exchange with colleagues, professionals and representatives of cultural institutions.
