Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom

The Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom (FNF) is the German foundation for liberal politics which was created in 1958. The work of the FNF is based on the democratic formation of responsible citizens, political advice of leaders and international political dialogue. Around the world, the Foundation concentrates its efforts on cooperating with its counterparts for the creation and promotion of strategies that generate liberal proposals for the development of the countries in which it works; proposals that emphasize the importance of an informed and participatory society, that promote the value of freedom, the virtues of the market economy and liberal democracy as well as the respect for Human Rights and the Rule of Law. Likewise, the FNF promotes the sustainable development of smart cities that combines economic growth with the purpose of improving the quality of life of individuals.
