Alexandru Popescu is a cultural expert at the Ministry of Culture of Romania with over 12 years of experience promoting Romanian literature internationally. He manages Romania's membership in Traduki, leads the country's presence at book fairs from Leipzig to Frankfurt, and connects Romanian authors, translators and professionals with international partners. His networking work contributed to Romania being invited as guest of honour at Frankfurt Book Fair 2028 and several other major book fairs.
