Kristóf Kelemen is a theatre director, writer, dramaturg and theatre-maker whose research-based work addresses contemporary social and political issues while bringing lesser-known historical and public events into focus. His work has received several major Hungarian theatre awards, including the Junior Prima Award, the Hungarian Theatre Critics’ Award, the Contemporary Hungarian Drama Award and the Bécsy Tamás Award, and his productions have been presented at numerous international festivals.
