Richárd Sirák
Teacher (Hungarian literature & history)
Sirák Richárd is a teacher of Hungarian literature and history with a particular interest in twentieth-century Hungarian and contemporary literature. Alongside organising reading groups for school students, he works with the Idea Foundation on critical media literacy, teacher training and educational material development. At the Book Festival, his interactive literary workshops based on works by Stefanie Höfler and Katja Brandis explore emotions, exclusion and community, as well as identity and transformation, with children, teenagers and their parents.
