Since its foundation in 2011 ELIF VERLAG is focussed on poetry, be it by newcomers or already known and awarded writers, but recently also publishes exceptional prose. Until now it has – even as a smaller publishing house – successfully published six to eight books including a yearly anthology with poetry on a special theme per year. The head of it, Dinçer Gücyeter, born in Germany with Turkish roots, is a poet himself. It is his concept to give good and intensive poetry a graphically solide and interesting form as book, too.
