According to Adél – On the Rollercoaster of Emotions

Do we still remember the last summer before starting school? Or what it was like to be a young child? How many emotions, thoughts, confusing events, desires, disappointments and doubts accompany the everyday life of a young person?

Stefanie Höfler’s heartfelt book, told through a series of small, interconnected fragments, invites us on a light-hearted yet deeply moving journey into the complexity of human life and its smallest wonders. During the workshop, we will explore our own emotions, which can sometimes be confusing and contradictory, yet are so important and ultimately help make us who we are.

The activities and conversations will grow out of the book’s short stories and charming illustrations. How far the journey takes us will depend on the participants themselves!

Children and adults of all ages are welcome, especially children aged 5–10 and their parents.
