DRIVE - The Making of a Documentary Theatre Production

Discussion
Hungarian

The programme focuses on the creative process behind the documentary theatre production DRIVE, staged at Jurányi House in Budapest as well as in Munich and Hamburg. The production examines the Hungarian factories of the German automotive industry from the perspective of workers and trade unions. In a lecture combined with discussion, the audience will gain insight into the long development process behind a work created through collaboration between German and Hungarian artists, crossing both class and national borders. The project was supported by the Goethe-Institut's International Coproduction Fund (IKF).
