For its twentieth edition, the Bucharest Book Fair again welcomes Romanian and international exhibitors to the Romexpo Centre. With around 450 events and 160 exhibitors, it is a major event in the Romanian literary landscape. This year, the fair is paying tribute to Bulgaria, its special guest. The Frankfurt Book Fair is delighted to be present with a German Collective Stand for the first time since 2013, celebrating Romania’s recently announced presence as Guest of Honor in Frankfurt in 2028.

A large number of German language publishing houses will be present at Bookfest this year through their wonderful books. You will find fiction and non-fiction, children’s books and books for YA, comics, graphic novels and romance titles and will be able to connect with publishers, editors and rights managers.
