The Bookfest International Book Fair opens its doors at Romexpo Bucharest. In 2025 nearly 160 stands presented, in addition to special packages with the best offers and discounts, special meetings with many cultural personalities from Romania and Portugal, who was the Guest of Honor of this edition.

At Bookfest 2026 you can meet some of the most important authors of the moment at the publishing houses' stands or at the open stages for launches, interviews and autograph sessions.
Entrance to the public is free both within the Book Fair and at the events scheduled during it.
